TennCare Medicaid Programs

Some individuals receive support for services through Tennessee’s Medicaid and state-funded programs. These include:

TennCare Managed Care Organizations (MCOs):

BlueCare (BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee)
Wellpoint (formerly Amerigroup)

If you are enrolled in a TennCare or DDA program, we help coordinate with your Care Coordinator and ensure all required documentation is in place.

Medicare

Medicare does not cover non-medical home care such as personal care, companionship, or homemaker services.
It only covers skilled home health (nursing or therapy) for short-term medical needs.

If you have Medicare, you can still receive our services as private pay.

FamilyFunded / Private Pay

Some families choose to pay privately for non-medical home care.

Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI)

Many families use long-term care insurance to help pay for non-medical home care.
