Our Services
Licensed by the Tennessee Department of Disabilities and Aging (TCA Title 33 Chapter 2, Part 4), we offer a full continuum of non-medical home care services tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Once you partner with Deep Springs Home Health, you have a trusted and dependable support team committed to providing exceptional and compassionate person-centered care.
Supports for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, support includes Home and Community-Based Waivers, the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS), the Katie Beckett Program, the Family Support Program, and other programs. These programs aim to offer a range of services that support individuals and families to achieve optimal development and prepare them for independence, employment, and community engagement.
Supports for Older Adults and Adults with Physical Disabilities
Services and support for adults over 60 and individuals with physical disabilities are offered through Home and Community-Based Services, OPTIONS for Community Living, the State Health Insurance Assistance Program, Nutrition Services, and other initiatives. These programs promote health, dignity, independence, and security and are managed by the state’s nine Area Agencies on Aging and Disability under the Department of Disability and Aging (DDA).

Personal Assistance
From help with bathing and hygiene to walking and mobility, we help with activities of daily living (ADL) and maintaining a safe environment.

Companionship Care
We provide comfort, companionship and help with transportation, meals, and basic household tasks.

Respite Care
We allow you to take time off from your responsibilities as a family caregiver so you can focus on yourself for a while.

Homemaker
Performing household activities and chores can prove to be a challenge as we age. Our carefully matched caregivers assist with these activities and do them in a manner that enhances the overall well-being of clients.

Community Living Support (CLS)
We provide CLS services that support adults and Persons With Disabilities (PWD) with independence and integration into their community.

Home and Community Based Services (HCBS – CHOICES)
We provide Residential and Community Based Services to help older adults or adults with disabilities receive care in the comfort of their own homes or in the community.

Employment and Community First (ECF) services
We provide services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Employment and Community First CHOICES program administered by TennCare.
